These terms are between you, the client, and Brevlin, an independent service provider for marketplace advertising and brand growth, operating from the United Kingdom with a presence in Frankfurt, Germany. The full registered details are confirmed before launch.
We manage your marketplace advertising and brand work as agreed in your proposal. A senior operator owns your account and makes the bidding, budget, and strategy decisions, with no work handed to a junior.
Your proposal sets out the exact scope, deliverables, and fees for your account. Work outside that scope is agreed in writing before it starts. We do not bill surprises.
Fees, billing cycle, and any ad budget arrangements are set out in your proposal. Ad spend on the marketplace is separate from our fee and is billed to you by the platform. Invoices are due within the period stated in your proposal.
We keep your account data confidential, use it only to deliver your work, and never aggregate or resell it across clients. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Our retainers are month to month. You can leave with the notice stated in your proposal, and we hand your data and account access back cleanly. There are no notice traps.
We follow the published policies of the marketplaces we work on. You remain responsible as the account holder, and we do not take any action that would put your account at risk on purpose.
We bring senior experience and a clear method, and we report honestly on what is working. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, such as your pricing, stock, reviews, and competition, so we do not promise a specific revenue or ranking outcome.
Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law, and the precise limits are set out in the final terms confirmed before launch. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
